Platform and locale: Solaris 10u9 sparc zh_TW, but this may also happen on other platforms. I only did the testing on Solaris sparc.

Open Java Control Panel, on general tab click the button "Settings" in Temporary Internet Files, and then click button "Change" on Temporary File Setting Dialog. On the popup "Temporary File Location" dialog, there is extra mnemonic key (R) on the label of select button.
