The fix for CR 7040083 failed against b141 PIT. The issue can be reproducible. This CR is for tracking and follow up on the new fix
*** Tested configurations;
- OS: XP
- jre build: 141 deployment PIT

The problem is still reproducible using b141 PIT bundle
*** Steps to reproduce:
1) Install jre7 and any 6UR on the machine
2) Try to load following applet
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/PluginUnderTest.html
You can notice it's using new Plug-in and it's using JRE7
3) Now remove 6UR from the machine leaving onlly jre7 behind
4) Close browser session and try to load any applet
5) If you can notice it's using old Plug-in then bug is reproduced
