Tested JRE Build : latest jdk140-PIT build

It has been noticed that SSV fails to work once fx runtime is installed on the system

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------
1) Install jre7 and any 6UR on the machine
2) Try to load following applet
http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/PluginUnderTest.html

You can notice it's using new Plug-in and it's using JRE7
3) Now remove 6UR from the machine leaving onlly jre7 behind
4) Close browser session and try to load any applet
5) If you can notice it's using old Plug-in then bug is reproduced

You can notice following entry inside the Java console
Warning: using first-generation plugin.
This plugin is deprecated and will be removed in the next major
release of Java. Please report any technical difficulties
with the next-generation plugin at http://bugs.sun.comJava Plug-in 1.7.0-ea

Enable Next geneartion Java PLug-in option under Java control Panel remains checked. If you try to uncheckand check it back again it's not going help i.e. applet will keep on using old Plug-in
