Upon Release Management Go signal, engineering will adjust the JDK IPS bundle that becomes DEFAULT in the S11 platform. Currently JDK6 is the default. Solaris11/JDK Licensing is been worked. Once item has been solved and enough native S11 testing has been achieved with the JDK7 bundles there will be a combined S11/JDK7 RM decision. Upon that GO, Engineering will effect the aformentioned change
Once the testing by SQE is complete, the IPS packages will

1) build on upgraded solaris versions 166+
2) Enable the pkg to make soalris JDK7 the default
3) Change publisher source
4) Provide to be defined RE to IPS engineering JDK7 as default scripts

This is less than a few days of work but likely to take several weeks due to process.
