Still seeing issue 7040083 MultiJRE:Removing 6UR from machine is making applets to use old Plug-in

Env: vista-x86/ie7

jre combination:
jre7/pro/b144 + jre6u23/pro/b05
jre7/pro/b141 (the integration build of fix for 7040083) + 6u26/pro/b03

reprouduce steps:
1. install jre7
2. install jre6u
3. open IE with http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/PluginUnderTest.html, you can see it's using new plugin
4. unstall jre6u
5. again, open IE with http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/deployment2/jitu/plug-bug/PluginUnderTest.html, if you can see it's using old plugin (from both the page and java console wanring message), then the issue is reproduced.
