Windows offline jre-7 and jdk-7 installers displays the name as 'wrapper.exe' at the UAC dialog.
The name is not correct and sounds very suspicion, especially at the UAC dialog
*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Enable UAC
1) Install offline jre-7 or jdk-7 from java.sun.com
2) The UAC dialog expected to pop-up
If you see the 'wrapper.exe' exe as the program name, then the issue is reproducible.
