JWindow.getLocation and JWindow.getLocationOnScreen return different values on Unity

        Test tries to set location of window on (0,random). But windows manager shifts it because of Toolbar.
        Results of getLocation and getLocationOnScreen are different, and the result of getLocation is wrong and equals set int setLocation.
