A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
When using your online uninstall tool, it wants to upgrade the Java installation to the latest version.

If a tool is listed to provide an uninstall service, it should only unistall a program, not force you to upgrade.

      JUSTIFICATION :
I have a computer that will not uninstall Java 7 u21 because the file jre1.7.0_21-c.msi is missing.

Because that file is missing, I can not uninstall or upgrade to a new version since an upgrade requires the uninstall of the old version.

      EXPECTED VERSUS ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :
      EXPECTED -
I would expect the uninstall tool to do exactly as it describes and uninstalls the program only. If the tool detects a specific version is installed but can not uninstall it because of missing files, the tool should replace the missing file so that the uninstall can work.
      ACTUAL -
Your uninstall tool fails to uninstall the old version of Java7

      CUSTOMER SUBMITTED WORKAROUND :
No way to work around. I can download jre1.7.0_21.msi, but unable to find the jre1.7.0_21-c.msi version online. If I had access to this file, I could point the uninstaller to it.
