Tidy errors and corresponding html files for javadoc tests:
- attribute "name" lacks value -

- <a> cannot copy name attribute to id -
com/sun/javadoc/testUseOption/TestUseOption/out-3/class-use/UsedInC.html
- attribute "href" lacks value -
com/sun/javadoc/DocRootSlash/DocRootSlash/docs1/overview-summary.html
Above list has one of each unique test html file that has the above error.
Following html file has all the above three tidy errors:
