cell height in ESL table of jcp has problem on ubuntu

      Testing env:
      64bit ubuntu12.04, 8u20 b22

      Steps to reproduce:
      - Launch jcp - Security - Edit Site List
      - Click Add
      - If the editable cell in ESL table is very narrow, see attached screenshot, bug is reproduced.
      With this bug, user can't add/edit ESL entries in jcp
