A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When installing a JRE update the Windows Online Installer asks me if I want to restore the security prompts. This dialog however is a bit broken. The checkbox labvel test is cut off and the "More information" link is wrapped:

- update with online installer
- observe dialog

This bug can be reproduced always.
