[Pagination] Clicking on pagination does not transfer focus to the control; pagination focus not visible

      Run Modena or any other sample with Pagination. You can observe 2 issues with pagination focus.
      Clicking on pagination does not transfer focus to the control. It can be done with TAB key however, although focus state is not distinguished from the unfocused state in any way (this is a styling problem). Once focused, arrow keys can be used to change pagination page.
