As for the ContextMenu (see DTL-6831), the ToolTip appears in 2 locations in the menu bar :
- Insert -> Miscellaneous
- Modify -> Add Popup control
The Insert -> Miscellaneous -> ToolTip is always disabled.
As for the ContextMenu, I suggest to remove the ToolTip menu item from the Insert menu.
