TextArea scrollbar for enlarged text is also enlarged, looks bad and blinks on resize

    Description

      TextArea scrollbar size for some reason depends on the font size. For font size set to 30 it doesn't look good as it overlaps the buttons. If you resize the window so that scrollbar overlaps the text it starts to blink and you can both stop resizing leaving it shown or hidden.
