Test case attached. The scrollbar are reacting to a font size set on the scrollbar's parent container (using -fx-font-size).
It was difficult to reproduce in the SB itself. When some properties of the Scrollbar are custom styled, then the issue doesn't show up. So the SB is not impacted, but the user scene graph obviously is.
