[Accessibility] ColorPicker keyboard accessibility

      Some of the feature of ColorPicker are not accessible by keyboard. Used the HelloWorld for testing

      1. ColorPicker drop down / popup does not show if keyboard is used. Pressing down arrow usually brings the drop down. Pressing Space Bar does bring up the popup.
      2. Custom Color is not reachable by keyboard (via tab).
      3. Custom Color Panel - many functionality cannot be done from keyboard.
