      To reproduce:
      add an AnchorPane
      add a BarChart
      select number axis
      disable Animated property -- check in preview that number axis appears instantly, close preview
      enable Animated property -- check in preview that number axis appears smoothly, close preview
      open preview once again number axis appears instantly, close preview -- BUG
