Right now the Media / Web implementation is in javafx-sg-prism. However this creates a compile time inter-module dependency. For the sake of refactoring the workspace into discrete components (i.e.: modules) and modularization in Java 8 we need to break this dependency, buy allowing the WebView / MediaView to create the NG peers directly rather than indirectly through the Toolkit.
