SubScene picking broken by RT-28446

      SubScene has its own camera and produces its own pick ray and pick result. Recent additions to picking via RT-28446 introduced a regression.
      If SubScene ignores the PickRay parallel variable introduced by RT-28446, it works fine. But if it attempts to set the value it does not.
