Setting Timeline's rate to zero stops animation, but setting it to nonzero doesn't start it again

    • Shows up on both Solaris and Windows with the SDK bundled with the NetBeans 6.5 snapshot that is current today (14 Oct 08).

      Setting the rate of a Timeline to zero stops it from running, which seems logical. But then setting it to a non-zero value doesn't start it again. So for example if the rate is bound to the value of a slider, if you slide to zero the animation stops, but it stays stopped when you leave zero again. This worked in b38 but no longer works in b39.
