This is a browser specific issue.
With a Menu Drop Down visible, if instead of clicking on the drop down to select\close it, if I click on any other control in the UI and then go back to the Menu, the drop down appears behind the browser.
Steps to Reproduce:
Test attached has a MenuButton and a Button.
1)Click on MenuButton - drop down appears
2) Move down the drop down and to the Button and click on the button. - the drop down disappears.
3)Now Click on the Menu Button again - the drop down does not appear.
4)Move the browser aside and the drop down is now shown behind the browser.
