Open the attached project, setup the sdk path on b195 and run it.

The window shows two rectangles inside a Group : origin of both rectangles
is on the top left corner of the red rectangle ; so origin of the group is also
on this top left corner.

With older SDK built, ScrollPane positions the top left corner of the group
in the top left corner of the viewport (see WithOldSDK.png).

With presidio b195, ScrollPane positions the origin of the group in the top
left corner of the viewport and clips left and top parts of the content.
