Camera's parameters need to be computed on the FX layer

Details

    Description

      Accessing PG data from the FX thread other than at sync is not permitted. This will lead to MT issue. Currently, we are doing it in picking and have to rely on sync block in pick methods to avoid the problem, and LOD helper have to add in a hack to do the access at the Scene's sync block.
