LCD Subpixel text doesn't work on transparent/shaped windows

Details

    Description

      We require the render target to be OPAQUE in order to support LCD text.
      This means StageStyle.TRANSPARENT used for shaped windows disables LCD text.
      This is most noticeable in pop-up menus.
      We should investigate to find and evaluate possible solutions.
