Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag and drop button as shown on the first row of the screenshot.
    Notice the distance from bottom and topAnchor = 376.0, bottomAnchor = 3.04.
    Remove the button
2. Drag and drop button as shown on the second row of the screenshot.
    Remove the button
3. Drag and drop button as shown on third row of the screenshot. It is in fact the same as the first row.
    Notice the distance from bottom and topAnchor = 370.0, bottomAnchor = 9.04

Result of the last step is expected to match result of the first step as the same hints appear.
