Lens:[TOUCH] HelloSanity:controls:pane - when enabled, cursor doesn't always change shape from move to pointer

      When dragging the scroll pane in the control screen the mouse cursor shape changes into 'move' shape, when lifting the finger the shape not always changes back to 'pointer'.
      To check both touch and mouse should be connected to make cursor visible

      This is probably have the same root cause as RT-34139
