1) Drop a Button, make it bigger
2) add a Lighting effect
3) change the property Light to "Spot" (or Point)
4) set the "x/y/z/pointAtX/pointAtY/pointAtZ" to 10/20 ..., you will see a spot like the attached file "Spot_Normal.png"
5) move the mouse in/out the content view, the spot is duplicated, as shown in "Spot_Duplicated.png"

Start the preview, everything is OK
