The change for RT-22660 introduced a blocker for the JRE build. See http://monaco.us.oracle.com/detail.jsf?cr=7178788. As a side-effect of that fix, signed DLLs were delivered to the JDK which breaks their build, since they rebase the DLLs which requires unsigned binaries. The change for RT-22660 must be backed out until a complete solution can be found.
