Plugin does not work with IE after FX runtime 2.1.0 b13 installation if JRE version is less than 7u4(6uN, 7u3, ...)
Can't reproduce this issue with 2.1.0 b12

JDK/JRE tested: 6u32 b02, 7u3 b05
FX runtime tested: 2.1.0 b13
OS/architecture: Windows XP, IE 8
Reproducible: Always
Reproducible on machine: karatedo.ru.oracle.com

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install JRE version that <7u4(Tried with 6u32 b02, 7u3 b05)
2. Install FX runtime 2.1.0 b13
3. Try to launch an applet using IE(used http://java.sun.com/applets/jdk/1.4/demo/applets/Animator/example1.html)
Plugin does not work:"alt="Your browser understands the <APPLET> tag but isn't running the applet, for some reason." Your browser is completely ignoring the <APPLET> tag! "
IE looks for HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{CAFEEFAC-0017-0000-0004-ABCDEFFEDCBB} and does not find it.
(see PML log attached, ssv.dll and jp2ssv.dll are loaded by IE)

No issue with FF

Plugin starts working after:
4. Close IE
5. Open JCP: Advanced->JavaFX runtime Uncheck "Enable JavaFX runtime", Apply
Check "Enable JavaFX runtime", Apply
(HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{CAFEEFAC-0017-0000-0004-ABCDEFFEDCBB} appears)
