Artifacts of Region animation rendering with Perspective Camera

      In the attached app I have Region with red rectangle in it. Region is rotated around X axis. There are two places where strange rendering occurs (they are shown with blue circles). Dirtyopts fails here to correctly render scene so garbage occurs on scene.
