Window.setLocationRelativeTo(null) on Ubuntu Unity doesn't use a center point

      It seems that Window.setLocationRelativeTo(null) doesn't use GraphicsEnvironment.getLocalGraphicsEnvironment().getCenterPoint(). The actual coordinates of a Frame appears to be adjusted by a toolbar height, comparing to that center point.
