JDK-8181335 added incorrect build target to test/sun/net/www/protocol/jar/jarbug/TestDriver.java: jdk.test.lib.CompilerUtils instead of jdk.test.lib.compiler.CompilerUtils. as a result, the test fails w/ Error can't find jdk.test.lib.CompilerUtils in test directory or libraries
