[TESTBUG] rewrite compiler shell tests from vmTestbase to java

      JDK-8059734 rewrote all compiler shell tests existed at the moment, JDK-8202812 introduced 5 more shell tests in test/hotspot/jtreg/vmTestbase/vm/compiler/ and test/hotspot/jtreg/vmTestbase/jit.

      this is a bug for rewriting them. work on tests will be tracked in corresponding subtasks.

        		 rewrite vmTestbase/vm/compiler/CodeCacheInfo* from shell to java Sub-task Resolved Igor Ignatyev (Inactive)  
        2.
        		 rewrite vmTestbase/jit/tiered from shell to java Sub-task Resolved Igor Ignatyev (Inactive)  
        3.
        		 rewrite vmTestbase/jit/escape/LockCoarsening from shell to java Sub-task Resolved Igor Ignatyev (Inactive)
