A new Swing interop bug, JDK-8210759, was filed after the JavaFX 11 release notes were created. This bug is a new issue in FX 11 with a convenient workaround, and should be listed in the "Known Issues" section.

I also updated the release note for the other two Swing interop Known Issues for consistency and to fix a couple wording problems.

We might take this opportunity to address any other small updates to the release notes that are found during the review of this new entry.

Note that since this is associated with the FX 11 release, it will be pushed to the 11-dev repo. It is not part of any build nor will it require a respin.
