Rename OWSTTaskTerminator to TaskTerminator

      With JDK-8215297 there is only the left OWSTTaskTerminator left, and the old TaskTerminator class that has been a wrapper of one of OWSTTaskTerminator and ParallelTaskTerminator is gone too.

      Rename it to use TaskTerminator to not have the clunky "OWST" everywhere.
