Lanai - highlighted TextField boundary is drawn incorrectly

      Test to run -
      ~/jtreg/bin/jtreg -jdk:$JAVA_HOME -Dsun.java2d.metal=true test/jdk/java/awt/TextField/ScrollSelectionTest/ScrollSelectionTest.java

      The test passes functionally, but the highlighted Texfield boundary has some offset when run with Metal pipeline as compared with OpenGL output.

      Tested on Catalina (10.15.4) with Retina display.
