The "Index" page should link to Constant Values, Serialized Form etc

Right now, to access the constant values or Serialized Form pages, you have to do to a class declaration page that has constants or serializable classes and follow the links on those pages. That's OK, but the Index page should also link to the Constant Values page, Serialized Form page, etc.
