The option G1ConcRefinementServiceIntervalMillis is poorly named, the usage has evolved over time and is now used by the G1ServiceThread as a the amount of time to sleep before waking up to check for more work.

Since it is a product option we need to handle it with care. Creating an alias for it and deprecating it might be a way forward.
