The G1ConcRefinementServiceIntervalMillis option specifies the rate of young gen remset sampling, used to adaptively adjust the young gen length. It is only very weakly related to concurrent refinement (which may increase the remset size), and the associated task doesn't look at any concurrent refinement data structures. So this option ought to be renamed to something more in keeping with its use. (It may be this option had other or additional purposes in the past.)

Since it is a product option, the old name should be retained as a deprecated synonym for some number of releases.
