[macos] JTabbedPane title looks like disabled

      Description

        JTabbedPane title looks like the frame does not have the focus or its title is disabled or blue. This works as expected in jdk 16 on the same host and configuration.
        This issue is seen on MacOS Big Sur 11.4 x84_64 . The same issue is seen when frame does not have the focus on macOS Catalina 10.15.7
        Please refer to the attached screen shot of jdk16 and jdk17

        Step to reproduce
        1) Run SwingSet2 when the Frame is seen observe the tabbed Pane title looks blur or disabled as shown in the attached image.
