[macos11] JTabbedPane selected tab text is barely legible (again)

      https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8251377 was supposedy
      resolved in JDK 16 and backported to 11u
      But I am running now on macOS 11.3.1 and I see exactly the same problem
      with latest 11u, JDK 16, and JDK 17

      I can only suppose something changed in a macOS 11 update that broke the fix ?
