Windows 10 with display scaling != 100%
A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
When we use a scaling in Windows which is not 100% (e.g. 150% or 300%) the narrator focus will be displayed not on the focussed element itself but far away from it.
Our workaround is to disable hiDpi (Dprism.allowhidpi=false), but this comes with other problems.
We provide a screenshot an a standalone test here: https://intechcorecom-my.sharepoint.com/:u:/g/personal/m_tratschuk_intechcore_com/Eb2-lGrljqlHlpQ8Qce-cTMBjDaYsiW7sK3jZVs0GCfQLw?e=QdI7DF
