Description
https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8310183 attempted to workaround it, but that has caused some other issues https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/14507#issuecomment-1595148453.
After experimenting, it has been noticed that sticking to the previous release of "msys2/setup-msys2" action solves this problem and the build succeeds for jtreg. This task is to update the JDK repo to use the specific release of "msys2/setup-msys2".
