[macos14] : Mouse clicks are not received within 3 pixels of the window boundary

      Following tests are failing due to missing LeftMouseUp event on macOS 14. This is observed along the edges of window/button (x<= 3 pixels on all sides).

      1) javax/swing/plaf/synth/7158712/bug7158712.java
      2) java/awt/GridLayout/ComponentPreferredSize/ComponentPreferredSize.java
      3) java/awt/GridLayout/ChangeGridSize/ChangeGridSize.java
      4) BorderLayoutHiddenComponentTest.java (added to attachment section)
      5) java/awt/Choice/SelectNewItemTest/SelectNewItemTest.java

      This issue is reproducible on macOS 14 using native test case (see attachments) and an Apple bug report has been filed for this issue.
      Reported to Apple through Technical Support Incident (TSI) and Feedback bug report.

      PLEASE NOTE: This issue will be in open state until a response/fix is obtained from Apple in light of many jdk test instability and functional issues seen across macOS 14 versions.
