Running a Java Swing application with Java 17.0.10 or a later version with platform Look&Feel (Windows), the Aero theme is not applied to the Swing application. Components are rendered in the look of the pre-XP era. Animations (e.g. mouse over) are not displayed.

The same Application with Java 11.0.21 is shown correctly including animations. Also using Java 17.0.10 on Windows 10 doesn't show any issues.
