Bump update version for OpenJDK: jdk-21.0.8

      Development of update 21.0.8 starts in repository jdk21u-dev on Wednesday February 26th, 2025. The first change should be to bump the version.

      Release of 21.0.8 is planned for Tuesday July 15th, 2025.
