ADDITIONAL SYSTEM INFORMATION :
OS: Windows 10/11

Tested Versions: 8u312 (Working), 8u322 (Broken), 8u472 (Broken)
A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :

Run a Java AWT/Swing application on Windows (Standard US Keyboard Layout).
