Evaluate upgrading Twitter4j plugin with activley supported library

      Twitter4j has not released new version from past 3 years (Last release : Aug 16, 2018 ) and that plugin is as good as dead. 
      Evaluate if Twitter4J canuse any other library which is still supported,
