In a similar vein to JMC-8103 [0], it would be nice if there was an option to specify a delay between a JVM being discovered and the creation of the JvmDescriptor that attaches to the JVM.

This is currently an issue if the JVM is not ready by the time attachment occurs. For example, if the JVM uses a custom logging manager and this is not fully ready prior to attachment, we risk having the JVM throw errors and/or crashing on startup.
