There are several user interface issues with the Java Plug-in
Control Panel:
1. No help button provided
2. No way to re-open the Java console once it is closed.
3. A file dialog window should be provided for the
'path:' field.
Test case:
Just open the Java Plug-in Control Panel to see the above
issues in action.
Fix:
No fix available yet. It should be fairly simple to add some
buttons to the Control Panel and the supporting code to
resolve the above issues.
